I am SO bloated.
I really need to get back on track with my food and exercise. It’s been so hot and muggy today that I didn’t run.
Tomorrow’s plan:
- Breakfast: 5 strawberries (19), 1 cup grapes (62)
- Run at least 3 miles
- Lunch: 5 strawberries (19), 1 banana (105), 1 kiwi (46)
- Snack: I’m taking my sister out to the movies, so we might get frozen yogurt (125)
- Dinner: broth (88), veggies (50), fish (120)
- Total: 634. Let’s hope I follow the plan.
